By downloading, installing, or using any app published by castlewong ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.
Use of the App
Our apps are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features may be available as in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID
- We do not handle billing directly and cannot issue refunds — please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within our apps are the intellectual property of castlewong and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
User Data
Our apps do not collect personal data. All data you enter is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud account. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, castlewong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
