Frequently Asked Questions
The app is not behaving as expected. What should I do?
Try force-quitting the app and relaunching it. If the issue continues, restart your device. If it still persists after that, please open a GitHub issue with a brief description of what happened.
How do I restore my in-app purchases?
Open the app, go to the settings or upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device you own.
I was charged but the purchase is not showing as active.
First try restoring purchases as described above. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com — they handle all billing and payment questions. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find the subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Will my data be lost if I delete the app?
All data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud sync enabled, your data is also backed up to your private iCloud account and can be restored when you reinstall the app. If iCloud sync is off, deleting the app will remove local data.
How do I delete all my data?
To remove all local data, simply delete the app from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can also go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, find the app, and delete its iCloud data from there.
Does the app collect any personal information?
No. Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any external server. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
